Siphon the oil out of the oil tank - no need to remove all the tupperware. Remove the sump plug and drain it. Remove the sprocket cover and oil filter, and mop up the oil that runs out. Replace the filter and fill with oil. You may not get every drop of oil out, but it sure saves time and you may be inclined to do it more often. I would use SAE10 as I find the SAE15 (thats what they suggest) that I used a bit too resistant and I'm planning on changing it to SAE10 soonish. Also, the Touratech USA site says that you should put the tighter wound spring end down. Refill with the new oil. Reinstall the springs and spacer, install the forks into the triple clamps, upper torqued to 20NM, the lower to 25NM. Press down on the spring spacer, install the fork caps, torque to 20NM and reinstall the front wheel. It should take you about 2 hours to perform this task.
