They only become bad for your health if you consume too much of it. The recommended daily intake of caffeine is 400mg. A can of C4 energy drink only has 200mg, which means you can drink a maximum of two cans per day. Mybrain instinctively tells me that while these drinks might not be as bad as their regular counterparts, they’re obviously still unhealthy.
